नळदुर्ग

उस्मानाबाद जिल्ह्यातील नळदुर्ग हे ऐतेहासिक दृष्ट्या एक महत्वाचे ठिकाण आहे . मध्ययुगीन सुबत्ता आणि रचना याचे उत्तम प्रतिक आहे, इथील भुईकोट किल्ला . इ.स १३०० च्या शतकात चालुक्य राजा कल्याणी याने या गडाची पायाभरणी केली .मात्र गडाच्या तट बांधणीचे काम आदिलशहाच्या काळातील आहे .१४ व्या आणि १५ शतकात हा गड ब्राहामानी साम्राजाच्या भाग होता .किल्ल्यातील काही इमारती अजून सुस्थित आहेत .

Mind and Matters

Life teaches us lot of things .We grow rich everyday with new experiences and coincidences .But do we all of us really have different life than each other? Why
always we feel ,we understand our lives much better than others do? .Do my life experiences are unique from others ? I went through number of good autobiographies to have answer for this innocent query. While reading I found that everybody had gone through same phases of life like happiness, sorrow, love and death.
Thousands of them written on life still this mystic journey of life is new to everyone .I think these books and writings are like map which guide to life traveler to
Guide his journey .It provides directions, distances and stops to traveler .But map do not
Provide information like when to embark journey? When to stop journey? It don’t take about people, we meet in way, their tendencies and discretion, their habits. Each of us try shade his life with different color and tries to put in words .that’s why when somebody talks about his life we think it as “his life philosophy “and ours are “experiences “ .That is why taste of life is different for all us though “philosophy of life” is all same .

Many Facts are also distorted and are written with prejudice .I do not think it as one of greatest movies, I have seen. The stories in the book and characters don’t hold together
I Like the book better, it has good flow of stories and each story have powerful ending..

Mumbai Seige

They did this again …indiscriminate and ruthless killing of couple of hundred Mumbaikars! This time they are not “faceless”, now this terror has a face.
This siege of TAJ and Trident once again had shown India’s vulnerability and incapability to successfully overcome terror strikes. NSG had done their duty by rescuing hundreds of hostages and by showing hell to holed barbarous murderers in
TAJ and Trident.
At the same time our politicians also doing their “duty” by politicking terror.
They are busy in playing old blame game. They are busy in taking resignations
From so called “guilty” politicos and officials .Others are busy in investigating why “Raj” has not turned to help of Mumbaikars. Some are busy in giving long Media interviews about how they felt about attack on Mumbai and how their party will help the martyrs of siege.
Over and again this happens and we all see this as helpless, without any anguish.
I have seen all media coverage and went through web coverage, hundreds of controversies! People are more interested in who accompanied along with whom?, Who said “what?” ,what was dress-code of Home minister in press conference ? But still
Nobody has come up with constructive plan to tackle terror war. Nobody has come up with analysis of why these incidents occur frequently.

Work and Amusement....

Many a times people ask me a question that do I really feel
being paid enough for work that I do. Different people may have
Different opinions and views .Some technocrats with some surveys
with some market research and prolonged number crunching will
tell you where your company stands in global pay-roll for same skill
set that you do have .In today’s materialistic world it is oblivious
that everybody uses same yard-stick of amount of money to conclude
good’work”or good “job”
I remember story of Mark Twin, who portrays a small boy
Called Tom Sawyer .This little intelligent boy gets a punishment of
Coloring all fence wall on his school holiday by his Aunty. He manages
To do this work by his small friends by fooling then as painting a fence wall
is altogether interesting work. His small friend enchanted by his moves
And boasting get absorbed and find really painting work interesting .Little
More to this Tom receives some rewards for letting him paint the fence wall.
He trades this opportunity to with his entire fellow friend and earns some good
fortune. Moral of story is that Work consists of whatever a body is obliged to do,and that Play consists of whatever a body is not obliged to do. And
this would help him to understand why constructing artificial flowers
or performing on a tread-mill is work, while rolling ten-pins or
climbing Mont Blanc is only amusement.

OIL...

As oil prices in international market are skyrocketing, common man would no wonder amused with this abominable infinite price rise phenomenon .Oil prices in international market are governed by simple supply-demand principle. Exponential rise of demand for oil from developing countries like India and China has certainly impacted positively to raise the prices higher. At the same time political instability, war crisis in Afghanistan, Iraq invasion and US political interference in middle-east adding its input to surging
Global oil prices.
Indian oil imports are almost 86% (2.1 million bpd) of total domestic oil consumption .This makes India very vulnerable to international Oil prices. In contrast, China produces about 3.7 million barrels of oil daily with active exploration programs in the People’s Republic. China supplies nearly all of its national oil to fuel its own economy, with very little oil exports shipped to other countries. In fact, large Chinese oil companies have bought oil properties around the world including projects in Canada’s oil sands as a way to increase energy supplies flowing into China. Similarly take an example of Russia, which produces 8% of total global oil production and uses 54% of fuel to its
own economy. After end of cold world war, Russian Economy is again booming with
large oil exports.

Journy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently I visited to Jamshedpur for some official work.While returning to pune ,I preffered to
travel by train. It was raining heavily .As usual train was late ,by an hour only !!!!!!!
After an hour of journy Train stopped suddenly at karaghpur .I got down from train to ask about this surprise . Everybody boared on train was carring the same question mark on their face.After half an hour of brainstorming with train officials we were not able to extact a line of information.After two hours of strenous of wait ,they announced that bridge at Zarsiguda was
collapsed so they will change route of train and will send train via Jabalpur ,Katni Route .
I was struck hard !! it was unblivable ,i have to tavel 40 more hours to reach the destination..Haa!!!! More to this ,this decision was taken after 9 hours .

Are more concerning to political and military aspiration of Pakistan.

Countries cannot arrive at common conclusion during discussion.
India has also softened its approach to Tibet by officially declaring it as China’s Integral part. China putting pressure on India for not intervening in Burma’s political
Crisis.
China economy is on boom .Their companies are acquiring big businesses on global
Businesses making china politically as well as economically potent to emerge as clear winner.
